Tour Description

This full-day tour combines three of the most fascinating and iconic sites in the Campania region: the ruins of Pompeii, the majestic Mount Vesuvius, and the perfectly preserved city of Herculaneum.
You'll explore the tragic past of these Roman cities buried by the eruption of 79 A.D., then walk along the crater of the volcano that caused it all. A comfortable Mercedes vehicle and an English-speaking driver will accompany you throughout the journey, with a flexible schedule and plenty of time for each site.

Tour Highlights

Pompeii:

2 hours to explore the vast archaeological area (guide available on request).

Mount Vesuvius:

1 hour visit with an optional hike to the crater for panoramic views.

Herculaneum:

1/1.5 hours to visit the compact but incredibly well-preserved ruins.
